Dr. Franziska Frank works free-lance as trainer, keynote speaker, author of the Executive Education Service Pack and 24 Karat Success, program director in three languages: English, German and Russian.


In addition, she is Affiliate Program Director at ESMT Berlin.

Franziska teaches in executive education programs of ESMT Berlin, Singapore Management University (SMU), Haufe, and directly for companies about digital mindset, negotiation, decision making, influencing, nudging, authentic leadership and what every manager should know about the brain.


As a qualified MBSR teacher she teaches mindfulness in different formats.


As a program director she has run dozens of programs for companies worldwide, such as Allianz, Axel Springer, E.ON, Generali, Hogan Lovells, Kaspersky, KPMG, Mako, Munich Re, OGK4, Renova, Roscosmos, Rosatom, Russian Railways, Sibur, Talanx, Uzbek top managers etc.

At large conferences she has entertained and inspired on different topics such as brain and innovation, train your brain, influencing and framing and other topics from her teaching portfolio. (You can find a few examples here)

She left Munich at the age of 15 for O- and A-Levels at a UK Boarding school. Subsequently she read history at Cambridge, Peterhouse (BA/MA), followed by law exams in Germany. After a PhD about Russian Law she joined The Boston Consulting Group as a management consultant for 6 years.

Till July 2016 she worked full-time as Program Director at ESMT Berlin.


Franziska offers key notes on various topics such as 24 Karat Success, Digital Mindset, what every executive should know about the brain, train the brain etc. (see  some videos here).

She also teaches one- to three-day workshops on 24 Karat Success, Influencing, Negotiation, Decision Making, Mindfulness and other topics.

As a lawyer and management consultant by training she knows how to customize the content to the precise needs of the audience, while her mindset as a historian allows her to see and convey the bigger picture.

She runs programs as a program director for ESMT Berlin and other clients, defining the necessary content with the client, finding and briefing the faculty while at the same time taking care of the red thread and the whole learning experience of the participants.

As a keynote speaker trained at the Cambridge Union and as a lawyer she conveys her messages in a lively and impactful manner.
